Excellent hotel, very good staff service. Excellent breakfasts, a nice lady greets you in the morning and treats you to fresh juice, I would like a healthy green one, but it’s also very expensive. The breakfast is excellent for every taste, also prepared by the chef.

I really appreciated the comforts of this lovely hotel during my business trip this week. The staff were mostly young locals and provided wonderful service with respect, friendliness and a smile! As an American living in Germany, I enjoyed the welcoming, warm, and friendly environment so much, which is not always the case in other German hotels. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a large international menu. The omelet bar and fresh fruit with fresh squeezed orange juice was a treat! The room and amenities were just right, and I really appreciated the air conditioned room and hotel on such a hot and humid day. It was the perfect international hotel for my business trip in Germany! Vielen Dank!

The mattress in the room was a bit hard, and the AC malfunctioned. But the staff was incredibly apologetic and helpful, even offering me a different room.

Located near all Business and Factory outlets. Very friendly staff, nice rooms and the Gym got the Hotel some extra points

Luxury room, many useful equipment, but it's a pity that there is no hair dryer. Breakfast buffet is super.

Very nice hotel with kind and professional staff. It is is something you would expect from such a place, but large spaces, a quiet neighborhood (except maybe the ambulances from the nearby hospital, but that a problem of luck or badluck) and the vicinity of a not very big but beautiful park offer an additional value to the stay here.
